At the Centre of Excellence, Jamia Hamdard, a program was organized by UDMA – Unani Drugs Manufacturers Association, in collaboration with the Directorate of AYUSH, Delhi, in which a large number of Unani drugs manufacturers, along with government officials and practitioners, participated.

The program highlighted the true responsibility and significance of advertisements among the people. The program began with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Khubaib Baqai, followed by a welcome address by Nabeel Anwar. Professor Saeed Ahmad, Director, Centre of Excellence in Unani Medicine (Pharmacognosy), Jamia Hamdard, was also present there as a speaker.

Dr. Sanjay Tamoli delivered an online presentation on AI tools for branding and regulatory compliance in AYUSH.

Dr. Mahe Alam (Bureau of Indian Standards) provided information about the monograph standards and testing protocols of single herbs.
Tanveer Alam, Director, Indian Institute of Packaging, delivered a detailed online lecture on innovative packaging and branding strategies to improve Unani products.

The chief guest, Dr. Yogita Munjal, Director of AYUSH, Government of NCT Delhi, could not attend due to her engagements; her message was read out by Dr. Muhammad Khalid.
Dr. Muhammad Khalid (ADC-cum-Licensing Authority, Unani, Government of NCT Delhi) gave a detailed talk on regulatory provisions related to advertisements of ASU medicines. He also responded to queries and elaborated on the Magic Remedies Act, stating that there are 56 diseases that cannot be advertised, which can be verified on Google.

President of UDMA, Hamid Ahmad, could not attend due to engagements; his message was read out by Vice President Matiullah Majeed.

At the conclusion of the program, Syed Munir Azmat was honored with a memento for successfully completing and organizing the event in a systematic manner.
